Atra Zist Aray began its operations in 2014 under the name “Imen Vaccine Alborz” in the Alborz Industrial Town in Iran. As the company expanded its activities in biotechnology-based cosmetic and therapeutic products, it later rebranded to Atra Zist Aray.

Iran Pharma Exhibition and Launch of Fleurvisage
Continuing its active industry engagement, Atra Zist Aray participated in the 10th Iran Pharma International Exhibition from September 24 to September 26, where the company presented its latest innovations.
During the exhibition’s press conference, the company announced the launch of “Fleurvisage,” a dermatological serum designed to reduce white spots caused by vitiligo. With continuous use over several months, the product helps restore skin pigmentation and significantly reduce visible vitiligo patches.
Participation in the Shiraz International Dermatology Congress
The company’s scientific engagement continued in November when Atra Zist Aray participated in the 3rd Shiraz International Dermatology Congress, held from November 12 to November 14. This congress is recognized as one of the most important scientific gatherings in Iran’s dermatology field.
Investor Presentation and Market Entry
One of the most significant milestones of 2025 for the company was the IPO introduction session for its shares under the symbol “Daatra”, held on November 3 at the Tehran Stock Exchange Conference Center. The event was attended by capital market professionals, investors, offering advisors, and representatives of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
During this session, the company also announced that a study conducted at Ankara University in Turkey confirmed that Dyston demonstrates quality and efficacy comparable to well‑known global Botulinum Toxin Type A brands.
Regulatory Approval for Luxafill Hailow
In the same month, Iran’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the registration and production license for the company’s injectable mesogel product “Luxafill Hailow.”
This product is supplied as a 1‑ml prefilled syringe and is designed for skin rejuvenation and aesthetic dermatology treatments.
Successful IPO of Daatra Shares
On November 19, Atra Zist Aray successfully offered 9% of its shares to the public on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The final discovery price was 3,796 rials per share, and more than one million investors participated in purchasing the “Daatra” shares.
The company announced that the funds raised from the IPO will be allocated to:
- expanding company operations
- launching a raw material production line
- strengthening export programs
- introducing new biotechnology products
Continued Presence in Cosmetic and Medical Exhibitions

Introduction Ceremony for Luxafill Hailow
In February, the company held an official ceremony to introduce Luxafill Hailow as its newest product. The event was attended by prominent professors and medical specialists.
Luxafill Hailow belongs to the category of biocompatible injectable hydrogels, a rapidly growing segment in the skin rejuvenation and aesthetic medicine market.
