Atrazist Aray Promotes Workplace Wellness with Health Screening and CSR Initiatives
In alignment with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and commitment to fostering a culture of health, Atrazist Aray Company recently conducted a comprehensive health screening and educational program for its employees. Organized during National Health Week and in observance of World Hypertension Day, the initiative aimed to prioritize the well-being of the company’s workforce.
The program was spearheaded by the company’s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) unit in collaboration with the Kordan Health Center. During the event, Dr. Reza Bakhtiari provided on-site medical assessments, monitoring blood pressure levels using standardized equipment to evaluate the general health of the staff.
Focus on Prevention and Early Diagnosis of Hypertension
A significant part of this health event was dedicated to a specialized one-hour workshop. Dr. Bakhtiari highlighted the dangers of high blood pressure, often referred to as a “silent killer,” and emphasized the vital role of early detection in preventing long-term complications.
The workshop covered several key health topics, including:
- Identifying primary risk factors and underlying causes of hypertension.
- The role of proper nutrition in managing vascular diseases.
- Correct screening methods and essential lifestyle modifications.
Following the presentation, an interactive Q&A session allowed employees to receive expert advice on personal health management and prevention strategies.

To ensure the sustainability of the health education provided, specialized brochures and educational pamphlets were distributed among the staff. These materials, focused on cardiovascular health and blood pressure control, were designed to encourage employees to share this vital information with their families.
